This week is spring break for me and my brother. My father decided yesterday that he wanted to go to the Keys today so we did. We went to Lazy Daze (http://www.lazydaysrestaurant.com) for lunch and to put our feet in the water. Then we went over the bridge to Robbie’s (http://www.robbies.com) to feed the tarpon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tarpon) and to get a shaved ice at Charli’s (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Charlis-Shave-Ice/186500891506504).

The weather was perfect. We got a great table on the balcony at Lazy Daze and I had a view of the ocean while I ate my shrimp. Then we went downstairs to the water. We found two hermit crabs and a bunch of needle fish. I couldn’t get a picture of the needle fish but I did get one of this green iguana. After we went to Robbie’s to feed the tarpon. They are huge! They have huge teeth. I did not want to feed them, I forgot how big they are from the last time we went. Finn fed them though. So did my dad. We played a game they had there where you toss a bean bag into a hole in a wooden board. We did pretty good. We got bobble head turtles to add to our collections. The shaved ice was so good. Finn did not like his too much. Next time he and my mom don’t want to add the ice cream and milk.

I am going to post the videos that we took when we fed the tarpon on my Youtube channel and I will post those links later. I am tired and I smell so I need to take a shower quick. Well, we all smell. But we had fun. I am lucky to live so close to the Keys that we can just go there for the day and have fun! Enjoy the pictures.
