Every year in January the Dachshund Rescue of South Florida organization holds Wiener Races on South Beach. We had just got Klaus last year so we took him. He loved it, all the dogs there were his size and type. He did not race though. But those races were funny. We tried to have him race this year, but the entry form was full. I think it was fixed because they knew how fast he is and they did not want him to win all the races.
