Feeling Even Better

Today was the second time that I ever showed in the conformation ring with my dog Rudy as a Junior Handler in Junior Showmanship. Each day of a dog show is considered its own show. You can choose to go each day or just pick which days you want to compete. We thought that since I am new to showing that as much experience that I could get would be good so we went both days.

Guess what? I won First Place again this morning in the Junior Novice class. It was really fun. I then did the second competition against the girl that won the Junior Open class. It was the same girl as yesterday. She also knows the people that are in the same Sheltie Club that I am a member. She showed their dogs too. She is really nice.

Isn’t my dress cute, I got it at Plato’s Closet. My mom had another customer that was my size try it on because I was not with her when she bought it. Crazy.

After, we stayed for a while and watched some other competitions and met people. Me and my brother, Finn, even got to hang out with the two girls that showed with me and we had doughnuts. They were really nice.

We watched Obedience and Rally competitions that some of our friends were competing. One person had a Xolo, so that was great to see.

We had a fun time. I can’t wait until next weekend. There is an Agility show, an Obedience show, and a Conformation show! I am volunteering at the Agility show and competing in the Conformation show. I will be busy. But at least this one is closer to my house at Tropical Park, so I get to sleep in a little bit more.
