The Super Bowl is a big deal for many people. Not in our house. This weekend is the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show at Madison Square Gardens in New York City. This ranks much higher for us than a football game. We basically camp out in the living room with the projector on for three days. Next year I plan on attending in person. This at home couch watching is not going to work for me forever.
This year, like last year, Del Rey Xoloitzcuintlis, Roxom Del Rey and Alfta Del Rey, are in the top five in the country for 2017 (and also 2018 so far). I think they both will be in the ring this Monday. Last year Roxom went Breed and was then in the Group ring. I cannot wait to see a Del Rey Xolo in the Group ring again this year!

Gertrudis Del Rey, our latest xolo, is still only 6 months old and will be entered in her first shows this March here in Florida. She and I have been working really hard to get “ring ready.”
