Since the weather in Florida is nice during the winter months, we have a bunch of dog shows here. It begins in Ocala, then goes to Orlando, then to Brooksville, and then again to Ocala, next to last is Lakeland, and finally Tallahassee.

Brooksville and Ocala are fun shows. They are in rural areas mostly and are held outside with a tent covering the staging area by each ring.

These cities are located about mid way up Florida, so colder than Miami.

I showed Blondie, the xolo, my friend’s Portuguese Water Dog, Rumour, and helped out with Rough Collies and Shetland Sheepdogs. I did pretty well with all of them.

We aren’t going to Lakeland and Tallahassee this year.
